Tiles and signs

HARDMAN Design offers modeling and manufacturing of tailored tiles and signs as a service. A normal 2D-picture of the tile or sign is enough as a source material for the sign or tile from, which we can model the object into 3D-form. Based on this 3D-file we will produce the casting model.  

So, we manufacture various high quality tiles and signs based on customer specifications. The used material and manufacturing method can be for example castings from bronze, brass, aluminum, steel and cast iron. We can scale the tiles in what ever size desired, based on customers’ wishes. We are also able to make various signs from wood and plastic by 3D-machining.

We are able to produce dozens or even hundreds of identical tiles from just one casting model. Obviously single products are also in our scope. The resulting 3D-file of the model is the customer’s property and can be later utilized in different applications.
